Little bit about Graphene coatings
For some years we all found out a lot of knowledge about Nano Ceramic coatings.
Some of us have a Good & Bad experience. And we clearly understand all that is a matter of trust. Trust to Detailing shop or to a Person who offer that service. I had an article about that some time ago.
Today I want to say something what I know about newest Graphene nano Coating.
I guess all of us already knows –
Graphene is 1atom thickness-single layer of Graphite (Carbone).
What do we know about it – SHORTLY – no worries !
It’s super-strong & stiff, amazingly thin, almost transparent, extremely light, and it showing fantastic conductor of heat and electricity. And It has some super- unusual electronic properties.
All of you was trying to draw with a soft pencils 5B -HM ( remember 9H? )) ha ha , so you’ll know that graphite is horribly soft. That’s because the carbon layers inside a stick of graphite shave off very easily .But the atoms of those layers are very tightly bonded so, graphene is super-strong—even stronger than diamond!
Graphene is believed to be the strongest material yet discovered, some 200 times stronger than steel.
It’s both stiff and elastic, so we can stretch it by an fantastic amount of 20-25 % of its original ) without any harm. That’s because the flat planes of carbon atoms in graphene can flex easily without the atoms breaking apart.
No-one knows quite what to do with graphene’s super-strong properties, but one likely possibility is mixing it with other materials (such as Nano ceramic In our case!)) to make coating stronger and tougher, than any materials we have now.

Ok! we got an Idea now !
Now we gonna get closer to Nano Ceramic coatings called Graphene NaNo Ceramic!
Well – we clearly understand now – if we have a deal with Graphene – we are dealing with black colors only! Graphene-containing paint will be black! No other chance! So how come coating is so nice and shiny and transparent?
But as you remember a single layer is practically transparent!
When mixing our new product, we need to add 3-5% graphene to our best (little bit modified) iSHIELD coating so that the graphene layer will lay on top of the SiO2-based ceramic coating. This will create a super thin but super strong protective graphene layer on a top of ceramic surface.

Most of nano Ceramic based on SiO2 – Liquid Glass material -looks like that
Adding different elements on That BASE we creating a CERAMIC out of Liquid glass.

And after all Normal Nano Ceramic creates a protective layer like that and then Graphene strengthens it all by creating a strong lattice over ceramic structure and it will look this way
Our Graphene -Ceramic nano coating have really cool properties too.
First and most needed -it can be applied on any surface ! No difference Paint-plastic or leather it is – it will work just fine.
Only durability on different surfaces will be different of course.
It is thick almost as iShield – 800nm and almost the same perfect.
Basic Function is :
1. Brightening: improve the brightness of the paint surface, make the paint surface bright as new.
2. Hydrophobic: Hydrophobic lotus leaf effect makes stains easier to clean.
3. Smoothness: improve the smoothness of the paint surface and reduce the damage to the paint surface by sand particles.
4. Isolation: The paint surface is isolated and protected by nanocrystalline layers , reducing UV damage and slowing the aging of the paint, and oil stains, iron powder, and oxidizing layer are less likely to adhere.
Its very easy to apply and really makes black color darker!

For sure -now we can say as a fact – Graphene ceramic coating can effectively insulate the original paint surface from damage caused by the outside world, and make the surface of car paint bright better than new.
And It is a High-End care product for paint surface maintenance.
