إذن! سوف أحاول أن أحكي القصة الطويلة لأك تتذكر القصة القصيرة – التغطية المسماة الزجاج السائل (Liquid Glass)! إنه ثاني أكسيد السليكون-SiO2 و هو تكنولوجيا نانو التي تبدع تغطية الزجاج المرن و المتنفس. تبلغ تقريبا 100 متر نانو ل15-20 جزيئا من سماكة الزجاج و هي أرق ب500 مرة من شعر الإنسان. إذن! الآن SiO2 – هي أساس جميع تغطيات السيراميك! لأنتاج السيراميك من الزجاج السائل لا بد مننا أن نضيف عدة جزيئات (مشابهة ببنيتها) لمختلف مواد لنحصل على مختلف منتجات تغطية السيراميك. أهم شيء في ذلك – هي السماكة!!!! تشبه ما كانت من قبل – 140 -150 متر نانو!!! هناك عدد كبير من تغطيات السيراميك في السوق فإنه على ضمير المنتج ماذا يضيفه إلى ذلك المزيج. إن بعض التغطيات ضعيفة فعلا, بعضها ليست سيئة لتلك الغاية, و فقط قليلا منها جيدة بالواقع. ماشي! الآن – كيفية عملها. المادة السائلة التي تراها في علبة 50 مل ليسة تغطية السيراميك! هي متبخرة لدرجة عالية, المادة المحتوية على الأثير. فهذه المادة المشبهة بالأثير تمنع الجزيئات من الإلصاق بعضها ببعض. سيحدث ذلك قريبا بعد تطبيق المادة على السطح. سيتبخر الأثير فتبدع الجزيئات التغطية التي تستلقى و تبني البنية الموحدة القوية. بعد استعمال الطبقة الثانية تصبح التغطية أقوى – ولاكن ليس أسمك! بعد استعمال الطبقتين سوف تستلقى الجزيئات ضيقا إلى الدرجة الممكنة, فتئدي ذلك إلى تأثير اللوتس – تأثير مطاردة المياه. نواصل. تغطية 2 هي كل ما يمكنك أن تحصل من أية تغطيات السيراميك!سوف تُقطع كل طبقة تالية بالبنية القوية المصنوعة من قبل. يمكنك أن تصب دلوا من السيراميك على كل السطح من سيارتك, لا تزال سماكة التغطية تكون نفس الشيء – 150 متر نانو! That is Silicon Dioxide-SiO2 is a Nano Technology which creates a flexible and breathable glass coating and is approximately 100 nanometres 15-30 molecule glass coating thick 500 times thinner than a human hair. To make Ceramic from Liquid glass we need to add few (similar in structure) molecules of different materials to give a ceramic coating different properties. Main point in that — Thickness!!! It almost same as it was — 140-150 nanometers!!! It is a number of Ceramic coatings on a market, and it's on a factory's conscience, what did they add in that mix. Some of Coating is really poor, some not that bad, and very few is good. OK! Now — how it works the liquid, which you see in 50 ml bottle, is not a Ceramic Coating! It is highly volatile, the ether containing liquid. That ether like liquid prevents those molecules from glue to each others. It will happen as soon as You will apply that liquid on a surface. Ether will be volatile and molecules will create a coating lying down and build one strong structure. With a second layer, the Coating structure will get more stronger-BUT NOT THIСKER ! With a 2 layers, molecules will found they own places and will fall so tightly as it possible, and That will create Effect of Lotus – hydrophobic effect. Next. 2 layer is all, what You can get from any Ceramic coatings ! Every next layer will be cut of by already established structure. You can pour a bucket of Ceramic, over your car body, the thickness of coating will be the same- 150 nanometers! (not possible to check if you don't have an atomic microscope) All pictures is a marketing. Let's get back to You. I think I know where You got your Service- the Product “they” use is good! PR of that coating is really gooood! Coating is Good, But it is not working the way they promise! NON OF ANY CERAMIC COATINGS will prevent scratches and a stone chips. It may reduce its appearance, but all protective coatings not a “bulletproof”, if You will go on a carwash and they will take a dirty sponge are cloth – they will scratch any coating with a sand particles! That is totally different coating! It is a hybrid of Polymer and Ceramic ! We call it I-Shield. Main difference is its thickness! It has a 950 nanometers – almost 1 micron! That is like extra clear-coat on a car paint. Not possible to wash of- can be removed only by sandpaper are high abrasion compound. BUT STILL!! We are applying that coating to safe original paint! You are paying for protection ! Super Shine and Slickness you will get for free.)) Because of it thickness -” normal damage” will not damage original paint, but will damage the coating.
